We are pleased to introduce a new accelerated dial-up product called DialEXpress that will reduce the time it takes to download Web pages over a dial-up connection.  Imagine the time you will save on the Internet if Web pages appear 3 to 5 times faster. The accelerator also includes a pop-up blocker, which blocks those annoying pop-up ads.

 To begin using the acceleration service you should:

1)      Go to the Web site http://www.24hoursupport.com/dialexpress.html and review the documentation.  This covers system requirements, frequently asked questions and detailed installation instructions.

2)      Call me here at the office and I will answer any questions that I can for you and change your account type in the computer. This step is very important.

3)      If you then decide that DialEXpress will work on your system, click the following link and save the file to your desktop.  http://infoserv.24hoursupport.com/dialex_installer.exe

The file is approximately 1 MB in size, so it will take a few minutes to download over a dial-up connection. Once the file download is complete, double-click the DialEXpress icon that was placed on your desktop to begin installation.

Once installation is complete you will be prompted for your “user name”, which is your email address and your password.

 Filtered customers unfortunately cannot be both filtered and accelerated.  Web traffic can only be directed through one place, either the filter or the accelerator.

Now you are ready to spend less time waiting and more time enjoying the Web.
